Refund policy

Returns & Refunds:
Not vibing with your order? No stress! you’ve got 14 days from delivery to send it back.
Just note: return postage is on you (we’re not quite at billionaire status yet).
Once we get the item back safe and sound, we’ll sort out your refund. Shipping costs, however, are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
Want to swap it for a different size or style? Send us an email at hello@summerst.com.au within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll help you out.
Please return the original item in the same packaging if you can, the planet will thank you. Shipping fees still apply.

Condition Check:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in sellable condition (basically: don’t wear it to brunch then try to return it).
If something arrives faulty, we’ll make it right with a full refund or exchange (promise lol)
