Shipping policy

Order Processing:
Orders are packed and shipped within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays unless I randomly decide to work on a weekend, which is rare but not impossible).

Domestic Shipping (Australia):
Standard shipping typically takes 4–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping:
Standard shipping usually takes 10–28 business days, depending on destination and customs delays.

Tracking Your Order:
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Customs & Duties (International Orders):
Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@summerst.com.au with your order number and tracking info so we can assist.

Delivery Delays:
Please note that once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot control shipping delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues — but we’ll always do our best to help you track it down.
